Lesbian- usually refers to women loving
women.                               
Gay - usually refers to men loving men, sometimes used for the entire umbrella of non-heteronormative loving people.
Bisexual- usually refers to being comfortable with men and women.          
Trans- usually refers to changing gender identity or having moved to another.  Surgeries may or may not be part of being Trans for the individual.
Queer - usually refers to anyone thinking and acting inclusively and openly, not confined to a binary definition of male versus female.
Questioning- usually refers to anyone thinking and acting inclusively and openly and finding comfort.
Straight- usually refers to persons comfortable with heteronormative affection and thought.
Intersex - usually refers to persons who identify with any variety and combination of male and female physiology and emotional comfort.
Asexual- refers to persons not interested in the physical aspects of intimate relationships.
Non-binary - refers to persons who comfortably move around on the spectrum of male and female in presentation and preferences.  They may or may not include sexual activity in their being non-binary.
2ss is Two Spirit- usually refers to persons of some spiritualities we identify as originating in Native America, where "Queer" people were revered and respected, especially in religious understanding.
MSM- usually refers to men who enjoy sex with men but identify and live heteronormative, straight lives.
Pansexual- usually refers to people who enjoy sex with any adult of any gender.
