At Ray Of Hope Church we have searched the Holy
Scriptures and we have asked Jesus for the Truth concerning Gay,
Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, Questioning, and open-minded Straight
people who are Christians.
We asked Jesus how we could love Him this much and experience His love
this much and be condemned to Hell for loving persons of our same
gender or supporting other Christians who love persons of their same
gender.
Jesus has reminded us of His own words as we have them in John's Gospel;
John 8:31, 32, 36; "If you abide in My word, you
are my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth
shall make you free........ Therefore, if the Son makes you free, you
shall be free indeed."
PRAISE GOD! Jesus has set us free to be the very people He made us with
all our variety of sexual orientations! We are not saved by our
sexuality, we are SAVED BY FAITH!
The Lord has blessed us with a variety of sexual orientations to be
celebrated as gifts to the Christian, the Body Of Christ.!
"There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to those who are in
Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to
the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made
me free from the law of sin and death." (Romans 8:1-2)
We walk according to the Holy Spirit. Those persons who do not
understand how we can be Christians are still walking according to the
flesh, depending on natural man's understanding of sexual orientation
as something "chosen", etc. The Holy Spirit has led us to the truth
that we are saved in Christ with all the beautiful varieties of our
sexual orientations
Come home to Christ! Reclaim your Christian Faith and fully celebrate
the person Christ calls you to be with the sexual orientation God gave
you!"
